We have stayed here for a short trip. The room was nice and comfy. Staff are accomodating and helpful. There are room amenities like coffee, milk and tea. The place were in the city and has a good location near to the bus station, supermarket and park. We have enjoyed our stay here.

The room with balcony was beautiful. Large rooms great shower. Excellent quality for a fair price. Very nice university area a few blocks away.

Central location period decor beautiful building

We like the receptionist Georgie Roseparn and the waitress Niti who serve us for the diner of May 13

Breakfast was excellent. Service was quick & our eggs were perfectly cooked. There was a good range of cereal, yoghurts, pastries & fruit. Coffee was excellent.

The location was great as it was less than 10min walk to Britomart. There was laundry room easy to use with bank card. Supermarkets nearby. The room was well equipped and well sized. AC well working.

Amazing location, super quiet, comfy bed, good aircon, washing machine and drier in bathroom, well stocked mini kitchen, very helpful staff.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. We had a basic twin room and a king suite. Both rooms were nice and clean. The king suite was quite big and we appreciated having the kitchen to use for our breakfasts (they provided coffee with a coffee press/kettle, tea and milk). It had a full sized dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer as well. They do provide parking, but valet only at $45/night. There are parking garages next to the hotel which likely may have had a better price. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby, which I appreciated for refilling my water bottle.

The location and the staff were amazing

The breakfast was exceptional, fluffy scrambled eggs, tasty coffee, bacon, fruit, cereal—the works! The breakfast room was expansive with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were friendly, greeting us in the morning, and efficient, wisking away dirty dishes without hovering.

The most wonderful stay! Can't rate this hotel highly enough. Location is completely central, can walk everywhere. Hotel is so quiet despite city location. Shout out to Pranav on Reception who was so helpful and efficient.

Excellent location, in downtown Auckland, which also doubles up as the main tourist hub. Very good restaurant with an exceptional breakfast spread!

Great location, comfortable and very modern room

The property is in CBD and very happening area with lots of food choices.. The duty manager Mr Rafiq has been very polite and helpful in all aspects.
