The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the shower, with an amazing water flow—perfect after a long day. I would stay there a thousand times over. Very friendly staff.

Loved the room, modern with a balcony, clean and close to the harbour 10 minute walk. Parking was a plus but you pay for it daily. Had dinner downstairs in restaurant a few nights and they offer happy hour 4-6pm. Will go back again the next time we are in Kiwi land.

Good location to SPARK ARENA Bed was comfy Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Vivian the manager who was very helpful with a couple of issues The young blonde man at the restaurant had great customer service and showed genuine personal interest and great at connecting. Parking on property was convenient

It was clean and tidy. Had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We walked to the Spark Arena hugging the coast from the place. It was 7km of easy and beautiful scenery. There was a lovely restaurant around the corner overlooking the sea. Everything was just perfect. Our host, Jonty was so accommodating and great with the communication. Very happy stay. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place, we were on the 4th floor and the views were fantastic. The bed was super comfortable, shower had great pressure and we were able to walk to Spark Arena for our concert. 30 min walk. Staff were great, and organised transport to the airport for us at 4am.

Great say here, one of the better options for a hostel. The room was a good size with huge windows, and the fan was very helpful as it was a hot day. Comfy bed. Easy to navigate with plenty of showers and toilets available. I didnt use the kitchen or common area so cant comment on those. Very reasonably priced for Auckland City, great location close to bus stops and Spark Arena. Good security with swipe pads and additional locks which made it feel very secure and safe. I would stay here again for a cheaper option and overnight stay.
