The location was perfect as we went to a concert at Spark Arena. Its so close, so we saved money not having to get taxis. So i didnt mind spending a little more money on the hotel for this reason

The place was very clean and had a table set for us on arrival (sadly, we have been eating out, so we didn't make use of it). Belinda had thought about everything - there were many little extras that made our stay very pleasant. I particularly liked the fluffy, luxurious towels. The location itself was very handy for attending an event near Spark Arena, and getting in was straightforward. The apartment feels new and has nice furnishings. Belinda kindly provided two sets of keys for our convenience. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, easy parking, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, the small apartment we booked was amazing considering the price, the kitchenette was fabulous, our beds were very comfortable, there were extra blankets which is always appreciated, even the pillows were great, the views were awesome, it felt like being in a home away from home, with a lounge and Netflix etc, we will definitely try to book here again if we are ever going to another event at Spark Arena

Great hotel right in the center of town. Easy walk to the Sky Tower, Queen Street, and Spark arena. The accommodation is clean, comfy and really quiet. The reception area is a great chill out space with drinks and snacks, and the included breakfast was greatly appreciated after our micro trip to Auckland for a concert. We'd gladly stay again.

The location was excellent as we were attending a concert at Spark Arena. The communication with our hosts was exceptional. The property was super comfy and had everything we needed. They were super accommodating as we had an extra person. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed. The location, the apartment, the facilities. Everything was top notch.

A lovely Hotel. The one bed apartment we had was perfect for our 2 day stay. The apartment was comfortable and the facilities within it were ample. The location to downtown Auckland was perfect. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Spark Arena and very walkable. Certainly would stay at Avani again when we come back to Auckland.
