The hotel was 10-15 min away from the skydrive bus terminal. It's also 10 min away from the Viaduct Harbour with bars and restaurants. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is not a buffet, you choose it from a menu. It was quite good.

Very close (approx 4min walk) to Spark Arena. Very clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. 20minute walk into the city, approx 8minutes to the supermarket. Kids enjoyed using the tennis rackets on the court.

Great location within easy walking distance of Britomart, Commercial Bay, Spark Arena, the waterfront, and Parnell Rise. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a hot summer day. A convenient and comfortable base for exploring Auckland.

This apartment is in a great location. Very easy to find and the hosts instructions were very clear. Building felt very secure. Apartment had most things that you needed to have a good stay and easily accommodated us as a party of three. Had a full-size dining table and kitchen with a fridge. Good seating in lounge area. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Excellent location if you have an event on at the Spark Arena.

I have stayed here multiple times and was noticeably getting shabby and dated.Following extensive renovations the rooms are well presented with upgraded bathrooms which are very clean with a very large shower area. The staff are very friendly, in particular the waiting staff in the bar and restaurant who were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is perfect for Spark arena with it being only a 20 minute walk. Will definitely be returning as it excellent value for money.

We enjoyed this hotel. Location was very central to main shops and easy to get to the Viaduct and Spark Arena. All in walking distance. We found the beds comfy. Bathroom facilities were good. We were able to get into our room a little earlier than check-in so that was handy as we arrived a little earlier than planned. We didn't use any other services.
