Amazing and comfortable bed, room with beautiful decoration. We had a room with a great view on the sky tower on the 37th floor which was stunning. The staff was lovely.

Location is excellent. Close to viaduct, Queen st, ferries & Spark Arena. Loved being able to sit outside on the deck having a wine. Bottle store directly across the road. Shower was amazing pressure. Loved it!!! We encountered no real outside noise except the bow thrusters on the cruise ship arriving very early which is on the otherside of the accommodation.

This apartment is in a great location. Very easy to find and the hosts instructions were very clear. Building felt very secure. Apartment had most things that you needed to have a good stay and easily accommodated us as a party of three. Had a full-size dining table and kitchen with a fridge. Good seating in lounge area. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Excellent location if you have an event on at the Spark Arena.

I have stayed here multiple times and was noticeably getting shabby and dated.Following extensive renovations the rooms are well presented with upgraded bathrooms which are very clean with a very large shower area. The staff are very friendly, in particular the waiting staff in the bar and restaurant who were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is perfect for Spark arena with it being only a 20 minute walk. Will definitely be returning as it excellent value for money.

We enjoyed this hotel. Location was very central to main shops and easy to get to the Viaduct and Spark Arena. All in walking distance. We found the beds comfy. Bathroom facilities were good. We were able to get into our room a little earlier than check-in so that was handy as we arrived a little earlier than planned. We didn't use any other services.
