Close to everything in Auckland. Quiet. Very helpful staff. We booked the hotel for the wrong night (one day later than needed) and were allowed to change it to a day earlier on the day itself. We were also allowed to use the gym shower facilities in the evening before flying out very late in the evening.

This hotel, I found to be exceptional. Simple in style but a real feel of luxe. Reception foyer was really nice to arrive in. Staff happy to book transport, print out etc for me. Room was beautifully arranged with enough surfaces and lights. Spotlessly clean, incredibly simple in its design, and yet intuitive/easy to function in the room…everything you could want from lighting to movable bathroom wall, lots of natural sunlight, two types of blinds, two different types of mattresses on the bed (so very comfortable that I planned deliberate sleep in both mornings). In-room breakfast of granola… generous portions of fruit. Shower was hot, loved the eco-friendly nature of the place. And of course the location… across the road from the ferries, waterside walks and viaduct eateries etc. Loved the automatic late check out when I made the online booking.

Very new facility that is clean and equipped with great technology. The location is very central. The express bus to the airport is right opposite so very convenient for Airport transfers. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a wow experience when the porter offer to transfer our luggage (11 pieces) to the bus pickup point opposite without us asking. Now that is what you call service!

Brilliant location. Great room and facilties So central. Excellent for Spark Arena. Good value for money. Parking little extra but so worth it. Didn't concern us but there was no hanging in space for longer garments in our room because of fridge and microwave. They were more use though. :-)

I have stayed here multiple times and was noticeably getting shabby and dated.Following extensive renovations the rooms are well presented with upgraded bathrooms which are very clean with a very large shower area. The staff are very friendly, in particular the waiting staff in the bar and restaurant who were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is perfect for Spark arena with it being only a 20 minute walk. Will definitely be returning as it excellent value for money.

The property is literally next to spark arena and is just a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also very clean and comfortable for an affordable price. Great for solo travelers. Staff is very accommodating and friendly too. Made friends with other solo travelers as well.

We enjoyed this hotel. Location was very central to main shops and easy to get to the Viaduct and Spark Arena. All in walking distance. We found the beds comfy. Bathroom facilities were good. We were able to get into our room a little earlier than check-in so that was handy as we arrived a little earlier than planned. We didn't use any other services.
