Excellent breakfast, very nice room, comfortable shower. Very helpful staff.

As soon as we arrived, they accommodated our campervan without even charging us parking. Then, in the check in, they upgraded our room. The new year's eve dinner was amazing and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We had the most amazing time at this last minute booking

Great location, central cbd, close to everything. Warm welcoming service on arrival by front office staff helps a lot. Rooms clean and comfortable. Cleaning service was great by Josh. Option for Green Eco was also a great initiative - $10 voucher to use on F&B. Great value for money. This is the second time we have stayed here in a month & would stay again.

The beds were comfortable and the dorm was pretty silent during the night. Showers were really hot.

The hotel is a gorgeous heritage site in the best spot in the CBD if you're looking to explore the city. The room was cozy and had a rustic charm to it. The bed was perfect for the climate. The hotel and area were safe and the staff were pleasant and helpful. A nice happening spot for my solo girl trip!

We had a great stay! The view of the Sky Tower was absolutely amazing, especially at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is stunning and exactly as pictured. The beds are very comfortable and the adjustable lighting was really helpful for helping our son settle in the evenings. The staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and always greeted us with a smile!

The property is in CBD and very happening area with lots of food choices.. The duty manager Mr Rafiq has been very polite and helpful in all aspects.

The hotel is just in front of the Sky Tower, so great start ! Staff was super helpful and nice too. The breakfast is just amazing with a huge buffet and a wide selection of plates. The heated pool is a nice plus also.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. We had a basic twin room and a king suite. Both rooms were nice and clean. The king suite was quite big and we appreciated having the kitchen to use for our breakfasts (they provided coffee with a coffee press/kettle, tea and milk). It had a full sized dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer as well. They do provide parking, but valet only at $45/night. There are parking garages next to the hotel which likely may have had a better price. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby, which I appreciated for refilling my water bottle.

Wonderful, we were able to get early check in. The staff was so helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The room was clean.
