Seaview Apartment is in the picturesque port town of Picton and offers fantastic views over the harbour. This quiet, tidy and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, large living area with a sheltered outdoor dining area with a barbeque. Seaview Apartment offers a dining setting, laundry facilities and a spacious living area with a TV to include full SKY channels. The private bathroom has a shower over a bath. Seaview Apartment is 5 minutes' drive from the Picton Ferry Interislander Terminal and Waikawa. Wellington is a 3.5-hour ferry away and Marlborough Airport is a 20-minute drive. It is only minutes to walk to shops, cafes, sights and boat trips out into the Queen Charlotte Sound. Plenty of local bushwalks to do and the apartment has secure bike storage for guests biking the Queen Charlotte Track or the Link Pathway.
