    “1. The property manager always responded quickly to my requests. 2. It was quite noisy because the building was under repair. The host didn't tell me this in advance. So I filed a complaint and the host offered me some discount. This was reasonable.”

I'm from this wonderful city of Auckland. I'm a qualified Engineer, Heavy diesel mechanic, and have completed a carpentry pre trade. I'm a part of the Tui Management team. A company set up to manage short term property rentals, of which you'll find below on my profile. We've had great success, delivering a fantastic service and results to both clients and guests. I strive to create the best experience for my guests, and nothing less than.

Property information

The apartment is very cozy and welcoming. Many windows surround the apartment allowing sunlight to directly hit it all day long, beautifully brightening up the white interior setting. A very soft queen bed and leather couch for you to sink into when the days adventures have wound down and the evenings relaxation has begun. The kitchen contains modern stainless appliances and the bathroom has been redone to a gorgeous white design with a new model washing machine inside.

Neighbourhood information

The street this building is located on is always alive with people walking up and down. 2 universities are located a short distance so students are everywhere as well as everyday people including locals, tourists etc. There are beautiful, popular parks a short walk away including the domain and albert park, a museum, Westfield mall, new market pools, a range of different shops, markets etc. There are beaches a short drive/bus away. There is a lot to do and this location is close to it all!
