Villa 55 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern home, set in tranquil park like grounds within the quiet suburb of Northwood, Christchurch. Sun-drenched lounge and living areas open out to a sheltered north-facing patio with outdoor dining. Just a 10 minute drive from Christchurch Airport and 15 minutes to the center of Christchurch. The property has a carport for parking. Long term parking can be arranged including drop off, pick up to and from the airport (please ask for details).
Mike, your host, is a semi-retired professional who ensures guests are made welcome and comfortable. Molly, his companion, (a 2½ year old Bichon/Maltese) is a real socialite and loves company. Mike lives alone so the house is very quiet and peaceful. Flexible check in and check out times. Guests are welcome to help themselves to tea and coffee at any time. Happy to help out with recommendations on what to do and how best to get around during your stay, so that you can enjoy all the sights and experiences the North Canterbury and Christchurch region has to offer.
Supermarket located 5 minutes walk from the property as well as a popular restaurant, cafe and pizzeria. Uber Eats delivery available.
