Private tidy cottage in a peaceful, rural setting on 3 acres with a boundary stream- away from the main house. Covered patio with bbq and outdoor dining looking over rural views. Kitchen has all utensils,pots,pans,microwave, cooktop, Breville oven, small fridge/ freezer, separate bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, large foyer, lounge/ living area with TV and CD player..hobby grapevine with an Amy Winehouse for guests to enjoy. Owharoa waterfall, rivers, tramping and Hauraki Rail Trail 2 kms away. Falls Retreat Restaurant, Waikino Pub and the Railway Cafe minutes away. Dog friendly with lots area on the property to walk. FREE breakfast..our eggs, bread, juice and other choices. Coffees/ teas provided. Wifi available and cell phone usage through Wifi Calling. 2 electric bikes available for hire.Auckland airport 125 kms, Waihi Township 10 minutes, Waihi Beach 20 minutes, Hauraki Rail Trail 2 kms down the road. Coromandel and surrounding beaches within 1- 2 hours
Dan and I are outdoor people who have lived here for 26 years. We enjoy boating, fishing, good food, wine and great company and conversation.
