All fully air-conditioned bedrooms are spacious and equipped with double-sized beds, a single bed, and a built-in cabinet with a table, dresser, and hair dryer. This time, I would like to show the hospitality of Kagay-anons with you and welcome you to the "City of Golden Friendship" – soon to be Metro Cagayan de Oro. As your host, I want to show how guests should be treated the Kagay-anon way.
The apartment is located in a suburban community near the barangay hall of Patag and is in close proximity to Camp Evangelista (4th Infantry Division). There is a nearby 24-hour convenience store (Chams), a mini public market, sari-sari stores, and other walking distance business establishments. It is also a convenient 7 to 15-minute drive to downtown and uptown CDO. Seven Seas Water Park, the largest water park in the country, is just 10 minutes away.
