Excellent views and very nice, huge room. Perfect location very close to the bustle but just far enough to be significantly more quiet than the other resorts down the beach. Nice beach spot with shade. Delicious breakfast with a few different choices, and served on the beach. Very helpful and nice staff, and 24/7 security provided. The star of the show was the sweet dog at the property. :)

Caticlan Jetty Port is accessible within a 15-minute boat ride from Cagban Port, while Kalibo International Airport is a 2-hour drive away. Tastefully-furnished, air-conditioned rooms come with wooden flooring, a wardrobe, a fridge and a flat-screen cable TV with DVD player. The private bathroom includes shower facility and hairdryer. At Boracay Beach Houses, the friendly staff is fluently-conversed in Filipino and English. This nonsmoking property also provides barbecue facilities. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center located at Boracay Suites, just 656 feet from the property. Please kindly note that during the rainy season (June to September), or when there is an incoming typhoon, wind breakers are installed at the beachfront for the safety and protection of our guests and the property. This is commonly done by most of the hotels located in the beachfront area. Kindly be advised that this may hinder the view by just a bit.
