All are clean and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I feel so relaxed with my vacation.

All was great. That was my second time in Sundown and will definitely come back

Great staff facilities and restaurant, very warm welcoming and available.the place is so fun and has a great vibe, we just chilled a lot at the pool and restaurant .I had a small problem and the manager helped me with a smile.

Location was perfect, we had the room with balcony facing beach front

Peaceful area and lots of plants around

The location was fantastic… quiet in station 1 but close enough to the action. The staff were awesome, the breakfast delicious and the beach right outside the resort was perfect!

Can access to any available resources like utensils etc

Right on the beach and the amazing staff.

I like that it's a beach-front property. Our room is cleaned and bed is made up everyday. When there was a blackout at night because of the rainy weather, they immediately opened the generator.

Perfect location great views and you're on the beach and it was quite at night. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Staff was very kind

Amazing hotel, very clean and comfortable right on the beach. I think this was the best part of white beach, very quiet, good restaurants near by and best part is that there were palms and trees that were creating good shadow on the beach. When we were walking around we noticed on station 1 there were no trees so it was unbarerably warm on the beach and on station 2 there were too many people and noise. Breakfast and hotel restaurtant was also really good. If I come back I will definately stay here again.

The staff: they were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Whatever we asked for such as extra water, shampoo, soaps- they have it! It was rainy when we checked out and they helped us with our bags all the way down to Station X. Thank you for taking good care of my family! Cleanliness and comfort: this hotel is spotless! I slept very well in the room as the bed is perfect. They have a fridge so you can store water and some food. Location: 100% It was close to everything! Very walkable to all the stations and Dmall! It’s also so close to our favorite Filipino restaurant, Subo. Which was actually recommended by one of the hotel staff. It wasn’t as crowded as the other stations and it’s literally a beachfront hotel.

I love how clean the room was. I felt so comfortable during my stay. Breakfast buffet is also worthy. I love it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. This place is halal certified and this is a big plus. Also the location is right next to white beach. It was overall wonderful!

everything about the hotel is nice..

The reception and the pool bar and the cleaning staff are top . They are nice and professional. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was average.

Hotel is just 1 min walking distance to the whitebeach. Terrace has a nice seaview. The best thing is the lovely staff. They are all gorgeus and very kind. Especially Ms Liza in the reception is so helpfull. She arranged our island hopping tour and airport transfer reservations and all was very good and punctual. She gave us lovely souveniers from the hotel and everyday she gave clean beach towels. Breakfast in terrace was also very delicious served by nice and kind staff. Relaxing in terrace bar at night was also so good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The location was as close as 1 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants and shops were nearby. It was a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable and a very attentative staff. I enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to friends and my family.

What I like the most is the cleanliness of the property itself, the vibes, fresh air and the place is very close to the beach.

Friendly staff and super clean facilities
