The house is 9 mins away from the Silay City Airport. It is 12 minutes away from Balarin seafoods restaurant, 5 minutes away from the hospital, 2 minutes away from the dry and wet market, 3 mins away from Gaisano Grand Mall, 12 minutes away from Magic Land, 3 minutes away from the Banks, restaurants and Food chain is just around the place. There is a duty Security Guard 24hours/day inside the Subdivision. Public transportation is always available. The Magikland is 15 mins away.
I can get along well with people, trustworthy, sympathetic. And for me I rate this house to 9.7
Very peaceful and near the guard house 24 hours a day.
