Stay with your friends and family at Naga City center "centro" walking distance to churches, malls, universities and other attractions. Be the first to stay at this newly built 2 bedroom condo that has all the amenties to make your stay comfortable. This unit on the 6th floor is accessible by an elevator boasts a balcony with a view of the Naga river perfect for watching the Penafrancia fluvial procession. The rooftop has a playground and view of the city including mount Mayon on a clear day.
I believe that in order to be a good host, you must be an experienced guest first. The service that I offer to my guests is what I wish as a guest! Guests can communicate directly to me directly for questions.
Located in the center of Naga City and within 1 kilometer radius of the 3 main Universities in Naga City, the Naga Cathedral and San Francisco church. 600 meters from SM Naga and the Central Bicol bus station which is a mere 10 minutes walk. More or less 20 minutes walk to Magsaysay Avenue which is the entertainment district of Naga City.
