Matina Enclaves Condo has a great swimming pool,garden and basketball court. Guess access: Swimming pool is up to 4 person at the same time. The rooms has been in operation for 5 yrs and believe I have maintained the room to be functional and comfortable. The Space: Bed :1 queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed -Internet:Globe about 60mbps speed-unlidata -TV:32 inches with bluetooth soundbar speaker and Netflix -Shower:Hot and Cold -Washing machine :Automatic and located at rooftop -Essentials: we provide extra bedsheets,towels,toilet paper,soap,toothpaste and shampoo.But we do not provide toothbrush and detergent for washing machine -Iron -ironing board Dedicated workplace: -in a common space Kitchen and dining: -kitchen if where guests can cook their own meals -Refrigerator -cooking basics Pots,oil,salt and pepper -Dishes and silverware Bowls,plates,cups,glasses,etc -Blender
