Aside from being a super host here in Airbnb, I also run a Spa franchise and small software development team on the side. I love anime, playing computer games, badminton, travelling, and karaoke. I'm kinda shy, but I really want to meet new people especially foreigners. Hosting airbnbs in the central business district of the metro is one way for me to hopefully meet like minded foreigners to connect with.

Be greeted with a room with great ambience, lighting, and a touch of greenery. Just place you luggage to your left, throw yourself in our ultrasoft sofa, run your tired feet on the carpet and feel its premium. Look through the windows and find peace or comfort in BGC's city nightlights. Settle and relax, place your valuables in the jewelry box and lie on our plush bed and feel the comfy with our sheets. All these with walking access to all the city's attractions. The place is situated at the 22nd floor of Uptown Parksuites Tower 1. The lobby looks elegant, spacious, and safe. The swimming pool and the gym are located at the 5th floor. There are several viewing decks at the different floors of the condominium. Below the condominium is a big grocery market. Just beside the condo unit are everything from bars, to coffee shops, boba milk tea, food, malls, everything. The unit itself is mostly made customized or even imported, except those items that are bought from SM Our Home and Furniture Republic. It is 1BR, one Queen size bed, one sofa convertible, a 55 inch smart TV with great sounds coming from a dedicated soundbar and subwoofer, the drop lights and cove lights are imported but the ambient lights are local, we made sure to make the room soft by adding throw pillows and throw blankets. The dining area is design to fit two people only, but feel free to use the two ottomans if you need it. The kitchen is built for light cooking only (no heavy cooking please), it has an electric stove, a small rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, complete dining utensils and kitchen utensils. The washer is placed near the kitchen area too, but this has NO dryer function yet. The bathroom has hot and cold water. We placed a glass partition so that outside the shower will not get wet. We provide body soap and shampoo and bidet. Tissue is not meant for the bathroom, but we have tissue near the bed area.

This place is called the New York of Metro Manila. It is smaller and has the same vibe but with more relaxing and breathable. Everything is within reach. All kinds of cuisines, korean, chinese, japanese, indian, mexican, persian, american, etc. Coffee shops, bars, bobas. Parlor, Spa, Groceries, Convenience Stores, Hardwares. Golf course, football. Malls, Hotels, Offices.
