The food was very good and bedsheets and washroom was near and clean. Will visit again. Though the hot water takes some time to come but in this heat wave I used normal water instead. The galiyat region is cooler than Murree area

Entire staff were well behaved, especially Manager Bilal was so kind enough and cooperative. Welcome Tea and Popcorns for kids were highly regarded. Acceptance of credit card payment for hotel and dinner bills is really appreciated. Meals, Complementary Breakfast and Tea were so delicious, tasty and up to the mark. Bilal guided us well about to explore nearby surroundings. Sufficient space for car parking within the property was another blessing.

Room, location and staff were good. The only thing they were missing was their own restaurant for dine. Other than that it was near the shops and other facilities within the area. Other than this, it was the best experience

I really like it here. The view is nice, the area feels safe, and the maintenance team keeps everything clean and well-maintained. The management is responsive, and the HR team handles things professionally. No major complaints. I'm happy with my decision to stay here!
