The living room also has direct access to the balcony, which offers additional space for outdoor relaxation. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is the true heart of this apartment. There are essential household appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, cooktop and electric kettle. Plenty of countertop and cabinet space will make it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a modern shower stall, sink, toilet and washing machine, providing convenience and functionality on a daily basis. In addition, for added convenience for residents, the apartment also has a separate toilet with a lavatory, ideal for situations when the house is full of guests or for larger families needing additional sanitary space.
