This fully equipped, well-appointed apartment can accommodate 6 people. The 47 m² area is divided into a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the living area has an exit to a spacious terrace with a garden and a comfortable seating area and a hammock, which is an ideal place to relax. The interior of the apartment is decorated in a very stylish and modern way. The use of a consistent color palette in shades of gray with a combination of light wood and a light accent of mustard color makes the whole creates an extremely sophisticated composition. The facility's space is functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. Amenities include multimedia equipment (TV with SmartTV and free Wi-Fi), kitchen and bathroom facilities. In addition, the apartment has a movie projector, so you can feel like you're in a movie theater when you plug in your laptop! A complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are guaranteed for a good start to your stay. The apartment comes with a private underground parking space. The apartment has an Energy Performance Certificate.

The apartment is located on Krasińskiego Street in Warsaw's Żoliborz - one of the most beautiful districts of the Capital. The building is located on a modern housing estate, which thanks to a playground and green courtyards with places to relax is a family-friendly place. The neighborhood is rich in stores and restaurants - 5 minutes by car is enough to reach one of the largest shopping centers in Poland, Westfield Arkadia. The location of the property guarantees a comfortable, practical and stylish place to stay in Warsaw. The location is an excellent choice for those who appreciate convenience and being in the center of urban life, while looking for a relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. The neighborhood is surrounded by green areas, including the famous Powazki Cemetery, creating an intimate atmosphere. The apartment is located less than 3 km from the Gdanski Station, from where you can get anywhere you want - there is a train and subway station. You can also find many bus stops nearby. Both the Old Town and the city center can be reached in about 30 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by car. The drive to Chopin Airport takes about half an hour.
