The beautiful studios will be perfect for 2-4 people. Great design and attention to detail will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The apartments consist of a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a balcony with garden furniture where guests can enjoy their morning coffee. The stylish living room is equipped with comfortable sleeping areas and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking and serving meals. Such amenities as washing machine, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner will ensure a comfortable stay. The property has an ENERGY CHARACTERISTICS CERTIFICATE.

In the building next door (1 minute walk) there is an Italian restaurant Bistrot Italiana, and in 650 m there is a small park with a lake, which is perfect for a walk or a rest in the bosom of nature. The center of Wrocław can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. There is a petrol station 600 m from the apartment building, there is also a parking lot next to the building - you can take the first free parking space.
