The flats are located from Świnoujście to Kołobrzeg and in Szczecin.

Property info

The Bay&Sea flat is located in the Marina Dziwnow development. A brand new and intimate investment on the map of Dziwnów with year-round access to an indoor swimming pool, fitness area, sauna, recreation rooms. It is located on the first floor of the building with lift access, facing east. The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette with separate dining area, bedroom, bathroom and large balcony overlooking the river. The living room has a corner sofa bed with a sleeping function, a coffee table, a flat-screen LED TV with access to channels in various languages, with internet access and streaming platforms. A table with chairs for dining has also been placed in this room. The living room opens onto a large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories and household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, four-burner induction hob, oven, needed for preparing meals. The very spacious bedroom has a large and comfortable bed together with bedside tables with lighting , a capacious wardrobe for storing clothes. The bathroom has a shower with linear drain, a washbasin with countertop and cabinet and a toilet. At the front door there is a wardrobe for outerwear and also a separate storage area for household appliances. A playground for the little ones is also available on the premises. The flat is ideal for relaxation at any time of the year. The flat comes with a private above-ground parking space within the development. A refundable deposit of 400 PLN is charged with each stay to cover the cost of any damage (refundable always after the stay on a specified bank account within 7 days). Due to the construction of the next phase of the project, there may be slight noise from the construction site. We apologise for any inconvenience.
