Welcome to our modern, spacious apartment (71 m²) with direct garden access and a beautiful view of the Bystrzyckie Mountains, Orlickie Mountains, Śnieżnik Massif, Czarna Góra, Strzeliniec Wielki, and Jagodna (Spalona). The apartment offers two bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room, a small library, and a fully equipped kitchenette. We provide fast broadband internet and satellite TV. Excellent Location and Activities The property is located in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley, ensuring easy access to the biggest attractions. It's an ideal base for both winter and summer: Winter: Close proximity to ski resorts: Zieleniec Sport Arena, Czarna Góra, Spalona, Międzygórze, Bielice, and Czech cross-country skiing trails. Summer: Access to numerous cycling trails (e.g., Singletrack Glacensis) and easy access to: health resorts (Polanica-Zdrój, Lądek-Zdrój, Kudowa-Zdrój, Duszniki-Zdrój, Długopole-Zdrój), peaks of the Polish Mountains Crown (Śnieżnik, Orlica, Jagodna, Borówkowa Góra), and observation towers. Our team will gladly assist you in planning your trip, advising on attractions or ticket purchases. We also welcome organized groups! The property has its own monitored underground garage for cars and motorcycles, with electric vehicle charging capability. Sports equipment storage is also available.

Leclerc (900 m), as well as numerous restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, and clinic (also operating as LUX MED and Medicover).
