Location was good, approximately 1km away from the beach. Really close to bus stop. Apartment was clean. Kitchen had coffee, tea, sugar, salt and few bottles of mineral water. No dishwasher but dishwashing liquid, scrubber and handsoap were there. Communication with the owner went smoothly. They were kind enough to extend our check out time. We were travelling with kids so we requested cots and they also provided a potty without asking, very thoughtful. Safe and free parking is an added bonus. To note - The apartment is in the 1st floor with a short flight of stairs. There is a dust pan behind the kitchen bin which we found out later. If you plan to go to the beach (specially with kids) and bring back sands with shoes this might be helpful. So would packing indoor slippers by the way.
