Comfortable apartments with balcony can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. The apartments are aesthetically and functionally furnished, with the aim of providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation, such as necessary kitchen and bathroom appliances, free Wi-Fi, and flat screen TVs. For a good start to your stay, we provide toiletries, towels and bed linen. It is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground parking lot (30 PLN/day). The height of the entrance to the garage - 1.9 m. NOTE: Parking is not available for the room "Apartment with balcony". Stay with pets is accepted only in the "Apartment with balcony". The property has ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

Apartamenty Feniks by Renters are situated 100 m from the beautiful promenade and only 400 m from the sandy beach in the Seaside District of Świnoujście. The apartments are part of the Feniks Aparthotel – a new elegant building. It’s a perfect choice for full of seaside adaventures family holidays. Across the aparthotel there are hotel facilities with SPA&Welness center with extensive massages offer and an indoor pool (additional fees apply). The charming Promenade is a true heart of Swinoujście – with its many amazing restaurants, chic cafes, street artists is a holiday must-see. From the Promenade there are direct descents to the beach or to the surrounding forests. Another spots loved by children and adults alike are the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark, only 6 minutes away from the apartments, and extensive green grounds of SPA Park (3-minutes away). The whole district can be explored in a fun and eco-friendly way thanks to many bike rentals and bike routes in the area.
