The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day, our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

Bałtycka Apartments is a complex of two residential buildings located on the edge of the seaside district of Świnoujście, surrounded by a picturesque forest and not far from the beach. The plot on which Bałtycka Apartments are located is only 600 metres from the picturesque beach and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Not all flats have parking spaces in the underground garage. It is possible to park along neighbouring streets, additional charges may apply. Some flats are suitable for your pet - please contact the office prior to booking to check if this is possible in your flat.
