The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day, our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

A luxury apartment building completed in 2021. It is located very close to the sea and the renewed promenade, where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping outlets, and at the same time in an intimate part of the Seaside District of Świnoujście. An unquestionable advantage is also the proximity of the aquapark. There is a lift in the building.
