The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day, our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

A modern villa, located just 350 m from the sea and the promenade. There is parking on the premises, and the building has a lift. Attention!!! There is construction across the street. It may cause a nuisance in terms of noise and visually.

In the immediate vicinity: Aquapark, Spa Park, restauturants and cafes, located along the promenade on Uzdrowiskowa Street and the new Health Promenade, suitable for running, rollerblading, cycling, scooters.
