The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

Property info

A beautiful villa located in the western, quiet part of the coastal district. There are 24 luxurious and comfortably finished flats on three floors. The upper floors can be accessed by lift. Flats on the ground floor have access to a small garden, those on the upper floors have balconies. The building is only 200 metres from the promenade and the sea. There is an underground garage under the building, but not all flats have a parking space. It is possible to park on the street, but the entire seafront district is included in the paid parking zone.

Neighborhood info

At the entrance to the beach, a newly built promenade begins, with a path for bicycles, a path for rollerblades and a place to walk and rest. The promenade connects on one side to the famous inter-boundary walking and cycling path leading to German towns, and on the other side to Swinoujscie's main promenade with restaurants and attractions.
