The apartment with two bedrooms and a living room "Dębina" is an ideal proposition for people who value comfort and modern amenities. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-storey modern building. "Dębina" apartment is distinguished by a modern, exclusive interior. Its space consists of: a large room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a balcony. The living room has a large flat screen TV. For greater comfort of guests, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which can be cooled down on hot summer days, and in cool ones, if necessary, additionally warmed up. The price of the apartment includes a parking space in the garage for our guests! A functionally equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals. There are modern household appliances on site: a cooker with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Kitchen and tableware as well as cutlery are also available. For the comfort of guests, the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine

The promenade is 1.2 km away and the city center is approx. 700 meters. There are shops nearby (Biedronka, Lidl), restaurants, a public transport stop, and a UBB train connecting Świnoujście with German resorts. To get to the sea, it takes approx. 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike, the beach can also be reached by car (approx. 3 minutes away). The distance between the facility and the promenade is approx. 1.2 km, there are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Biedronka and Lidl supermarkets, as well as the UBB station (200 meters), which will take guests to nearby German seaside resorts. The facility has an elevator and a parking space.
