Property info

The apartment is distinguished by its minimalist, black and white décor. It is located on the sixth floor of a residential block with lift access. It sleeps up to four people - two in the bedroom on a double bed and another two on a sofa bed located in the living room. This is an ideal option for families or people travelling in a group. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchenette using the induction cooker available in the kitchen, as well as an oven or microwave. On a warmer day, food can be consumed on the furnished balcony belonging to the flat. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and a welcome set of free toiletries. The flat is suitable for people working remotely - the bedroom has a desk and a chair. An added bonus is the multimedia facilities available in the flat, such as a high-speed WiFi connection and a TV with SmartTV+. Guests travelling with pets are welcome.

Only 900 metres away is the EXPO XXI exhibition centre. The flat's location provides excellent access to other districts. A 20-minute walk separates the flat from the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station, and the nearest bus stop Parafialna 02 can be reached even faster, as it takes only 5 minutes. The Warsaw Wola train station is just 20 minutes from the flat. Using public transport, you can reach the city centre in 25 minutes. The location is an excellent base for those wishing to explore the charms of the capital, as well as to fully experience this vibrant city. There are numerous retail and service outlets in the immediate vicinity.
