The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 4 people - the perfect choice for a stay on the coast! The accommodation consists of a living room with access to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom (in the one bedroom apartment). The living room, with a comfortable sofa and TV, is the ideal place to relax. The apartment also has a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The sublime design of the apartment and the high quality furnishings guarantee a stay of the highest quality. The unique aura of the apartment is complemented by an attractive, bright interior colour scheme with the use of stylish decorative elements. The apartment has many useful amenities, from multimedia and high-speed Wi-Fi access to a full range of kitchen and bathroom appliances. The flat is located on Luzycka Street in the seaside town of Swinoujscie. The flat is situated in an attractive area which is well connected to the rest of the city. The sea is only 2.8 km away. This is a fantastic location offering peace and tranquillity with access to shops and great restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to the Usedom shopping centre, 10 minutes to the Bielik ferry and 15 minutes to the promenade with its beautiful sandy beach. If the temperature is not conducive to outdoor adventures by the sea, you can go to the Baltic Park water park (2 km from the apartment). There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants serving a wide range of fish specialities and international cuisine nearby. Families with children will enjoy the park and playground just 500 metres away.
