The modern apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The 40 m² area is divided into a living room, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate. The balcony, furnished with garden furniture, is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a meal on warm summer days. The interior of the apartment is tastefully finished and the full furnishings take care of the comfort of each stay. Amenities include multimedia (flat-screen TV with cable channels, SmartTV and free Wi-Fi) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities such as a washing machine, oven and dishwasher. Complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided to start your stay. Guests travelling by car can take advantage of an underground parking space in the underground garage included in the booking price.

The apartment with terrace is located on a residential estate in a quiet area in the district of Italy on Bakalarska Street. The location combines tranquillity and security with proximity to the local infrastructure, which caters for all daily needs. Just 600 metres from the flat is the shopping mall "Centrum Łopuszańska 22" with more than 100 shops, restaurants, service outlets and a supermarket. At the same time, the apartment is only 2.2 km from the beautiful Szczęśliwicki Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and mountain railway). In addition, for a short rest among nature, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the charming lake "Rakowskie Molo". At the same time, the estate is well connected to the centre and other districts of the city. At a distance of 500 metres from the building, there is a bus stop (Włochy-Ratusz 01) and a tram stop (Włochy-Ratusz 04). The distance to the Warszawa Rakowiec railway station is 1.1 Km. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw by car, and 10 minutes to get to Chopin Airport.
