Das Haus ist umgeben von anderen Einfamilienhäusern und schönen Wäldern, was eine Ruhe, schöne Ausblicke, saubere Luft und ein günstiges Mikroklima garantiert. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, zwei WCs, eine separate Küche, zwei Terrassen und einen großen Garten mit einem Grillplatz und einem Lagerfeuerplatz.
