The modern, elegant apartments allow you to accommodate 4 people and offer a break from the hustle and bustle of the city amidst the surrounding greenery. Each option consists of a living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The studios offer a large continental bed, which can be two separate beds when separated, as well as a sofa bed. The one-bedroom apartment has a large double bed. The apartments are fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster) for a comfortable stay, and an undoubted advantage is the air conditioning that ensures the right room temperature. In addition, the flats have acoustic, anti-burglar doors. The apartment with a bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard with lush vegetation. It is possible to stay in the apartment with pets for an additional fee of 100 PLN. A complimentary set of toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided at the start of each stay, as well as bowls for pets. A washer-dryer, a bookcase and a children's highchair are available in the common corridor (available for 3 apartments). The property has ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

These luxurious, atmospheric apartments are located in a beautiful, historic building on the border of two architecturally remarkable, pre-war Lubeckiego and Staszic colonies. The building is located in the heart of old Ochota, in the immediate vicinity of the 19th century Warsaw Filters. The neighbourhood is rich in extremely atmospheric, quiet streets drowning in greenery or manor-style villas. It is a great choice for a location conducive to relaxation, leisure, strolling and admiring the beauty of urban nature and architecture. Inside the townhouse, a cosy green courtyard blooming with beautiful magnolias in spring is available to guests. The apartments are located on the high ground floor. The railway station is 2 km away and Chopin Airport is 6.5 km away.
