These fully equipped apartments can comfortably accommodate 6-10 people - ideal for large families, groups of friends and business travelers. They consist of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, as well as 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms with a double bed, depending on the apartment chosen. Guests have functional bathrooms at their disposal. The apartments include spacious balconies with garden furniture, which are a great place to sip your morning coffee or relax after a busy day. A four-bedroom apartment comes with a spacious furnished terrace. The apartments are an excellent choice for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the big-city atmosphere of Warsaw. The high standard of finishes ensures comfort. Multimedia equipment includes a TV with SmartTV technology and cable channels, as well as free Wi-Fi. Appliances such as an oven with microwave function, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine make the apartments self-sufficient for all daily needs. Complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided to ease the start of your stay. Air conditioning and remote working space are available in the apartments. Motorized guests can use a parking space in the garage hall. The offer applies to several apartments of equal standard. Each apartment has the same furnishings, but may differ in finishes, decor and square footage (by about 5 m2). Please note that the metric area of the four-bedroom apartment is 180 m2 and it differs slightly from the others! These apartments belong to the exclusive Renters Prestige selection. For the most demanding guests, a range of amenities known from five-star hotels awaits: premium toiletries, a 24-hour VIP helpline, concierge services and more. NOTE: Renovation works are currently underway in the building and are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Neighborhood info

The modern apartments are located in a development on Grzybowska Street, in one of the most central districts of the capital - Wola. The building of the facility is located just 500 meters from the Rondo ONZ, where you can find numerous bus and train stops and a subway station. The area is full of office buildings, stores and restaurants. Among others, in the vicinity of the property is the modern office complex Warsaw Spire (850 m). In addition, guests interested in history can go to the Warsaw Uprising Museum located just around the corner (1.1 km) - a memorial documenting the struggle for independence in 1944. Warsaw has a well-developed public transportation network, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The dynamically developing Wola district can satisfy all daily needs thanks to numerous shopping and dining outlets located in the area. The drive to Chopin Airport takes about half an hour, and 8 minutes to Central Station.
