We visited Max Resort in January for a calm first week of the year on the Baltic Sea. For this reason we really enjoyed the location even if there are little restaurant options during that season. However the Max bar restaurant is a great option (also for repeated dine-in). The Max resort itself is a great building with some surprises and no standard footprint. There are multiple common areas for enjoying the seaside view. The spa itself was clean and not too busy. The breakfast was delicious and varied over our stay. Staff was super friendly and knew German and English really well. It was a truly pleasant stay!

Located in Ustronie Morskie, just 164 feet from the coast, Max offers comfortable accommodations and a host of facilities, including a modern spa and health center. If the fresh sea breeze and beautiful coastline are not enough to rejuvenate you, you can have a dip in the indoor swimming pool, a sauna session or a number of beauty treatments. Hydrotherapy, massage and electrotherapy are some of the things on offer at Hotel Max. The rooms are cozy and warmly decorated. They are all en suite, come with satellite TV and mini-bar, and offer free internet access from your laptop. The hotel is approximately 8.7 miles from Kołobrzeg, a popular tourist destination on a beautiful seaside cycle path, the longest in Poland. It combines the atmosphere of a health resort with that of an old town full of historic monuments and entertainment options.
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip.
