This beautiful 90 m² apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for a trip with family or a trip with friends. It consists of a living room with two double sofas, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath, as well as a balcony. The decor is very cozy and homely, personalized by finishing with subtle decorations and stylish furniture. The apartment is equipped with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. A wide range of bathroom and kitchen facilities perfectly meets all the needs of guests. The property is the perfect choice for anyone who values comfort and functionality, as well as aesthetics. Free toiletries, bed linen and towels are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The apartment also offers an additional option to accommodate children: parents travelling with small children will receive a baby cot on request. Guests travelling by car can use the parking space in the underground garage (max. height 2. 2m). ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE: The facility has an Energy Performance Certificate.
