This modern apartment provides accommodation for 4 people and gives you the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city amidst the surrounding greenery. An undoubted advantage is access to a spacious balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and observe the estate. Available amenities include full bathroom and kitchen facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave) and multimedia: SmartTV and free Wi-Fi access. The bathroom has a bathtub to fully relax after an active day. A complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided for a good start to each stay. In addition, a designated private parking space on the estate is available for the booking price. It is possible to stay with pets in the apartment.

The apartments are located in the newly built "Stacja Wola" estate on Gumińska Street in the Wola district. The location allows you to easily discover Warsaw thanks to the well-developed communication. The dynamic development of Wola has made it the business heart of Warsaw with numerous office buildings, retail and catering outlets. The location of the flat provides excellent access to other districts of Warsaw. In the nearest neighbourhood there are: Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station (7 minutes), Moczydło Park (5 minutes), Wola Park (14 minutes), Plac Zbawiciela (15 minutes). The close proximity of retail and service establishments allows you to satisfy all your daily needs. Using public transport, you can reach the city centre in 25 minutes and the Old Town in 30 minutes. Getting to Chopin Airport by car takes about 20 minutes.
