I would like to invite you to my apartment in modern residential district Port Praski / Praga Harbour (Old Praga). Great place for short or long stays: business travels, tour trips, dates. The apartment is located in a building directly adjacent to the scenic footbridge over the Vistula River, leading directly to the new boulevards on the western side of the river! Make yourself comfortable in 40 sqm of separate kitchen, bathroom and spacious, bright living room with separated bedroom space. The flat is brand new and modern-style designed, so I'm sure you'll love being here. There is a double bed for sleeping, located in the cozy corner of the living room. 3rd person can sleep on sofa (it has got a sleeping function). *** **** The kitchen is fully equipted: coffee maker (don't bother yourself with bying coffee, you will find it here), kettle, cutlery, plates, pots, pans, oven, dishwasher with tablets etc., I provide fresh towels, bedclothes, hairdryer, pillows, slippers. Please feel free and use the washing machine (washing tablets provided) and iron if needed. Big wardrobe, TV (around 100 cable channels, insluding international) and free wi-fi for your disposal. **** Apartment is ready for you from 16:00 or from the hour which we will agreed directly. The departure should be before 11:00, on request we allow later departure, please ask earlier. Dear guest, please feel as much comfortable as you would in your home and enjoy your stay. You are welcome!
The location is great for business or enjoying Warsaw: seightseeing, sightseeing, evening walks on the wild banks of the Vistula River with a beautiful view of the downtown and the Old Town, attending events and any other entertainment. The building is located just at the great scenic footbridge, which lead directly to Vistula boulevard and Old Town. In the flat you will find a small guide with some communication tips applied. Crucial spots: - Footbridge over Vistula - 0,1km - Vistula boulevard - 0,5km - Old Town - 1,5 km - The National Stadium (PGE Arena) - 2 km - Beach "Plazowa" - 2 km - city center - 3 km - tasty italian pizza - in the building - coffee bar - in the building - shop "Żabka" - opposite side of the entrance - fabulous italian restaurant "Boska" - 300m
