This elegant fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. An important feature of the apartment is a big, 12 m² balcony furnished with garden furniture, accessible from both rooms. Offering panoramic views of the city, the balcony is fully enclosed with glass, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee regardless of the weather or season. The elegant décor of the apartment is reminiscent of both industrialism and vintage style, seamlessly combining the modernity of metal details with the warmth of dark wood and raw brick elements. A wide range of amenities ensures the comfort of every stay. The apartment features full kitchen and bathroom facilities (including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a microwave), as well as multimedia (flat-screen TV with access to cable channels, and free access to Wi-Fi network). A desk in a living room is a perfect laptop friendly workspace. Additionally, guests travelling by car can park on a private spot in the underground parking lot. NOTE: NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. Not respecting this policy will result in police intervention and legal action for violation of the terms and conditions of the stay.

Additionally, the location provides a respite from the capital’s hustle and bustle thanks to the proximity to green recreational areas. The apartment is situated at the edge of Granat and Królikarnia Park – the enclave of greenery, featuring a museum in a historic classicist palace.
