A comfortable, functional and graceful 63-meter apartment with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It is located in the Zaspa estate in Gdańsk, very close to the SKM railway, which allows it to be well connected with the Main Town, Sopot, Gdynia and other parts of the Tri-City. There is also a bus stop nearby, from which buses depart to the promenade leading to the Gdańsk pier and beaches. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous playgrounds, tennis courts, shops, bars and restaurants.

The location combines the proximity of the sea and nature, well-developed infrastructure and easy access to the city center with a peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist hustle and bustle. John Paul II Park is less than 1.4 km from the apartment. The dynamically functioning and extensive road and communication network ensure quick and comfortable access to the city center - by public transport you can reach the Old Town in 30 minutes. A characteristic feature of the estate is the proximity to green areas and the sea - the Brzeźno beach, about 3.5 km from the apartment.
