The highly functional 40 m² space is divided into a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The living area with an associated balcony, equipped with a comfortable sofa, as well as the bedroom with a double bed, provide a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The balcony overlooking the estate's grounds invites guests to start their day quietly with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea, and to relax in the evening. Only a 15-minute walk separates the property from the park at the King John III Palace Museum. The Baroque Palace with a garden in Wilanow is an amazing gem of Warsaw. The road to the Old Town and Market Square takes about 30 minutes by car. An incredible advantage is the proximity to Chopin Airport - only 9 km.
