The apartment has the surface of 55 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people – perfect for any type of a group stay. The room layout includes a living room with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate closet. The functional bed arrangement consisting of a double sofa bed, a double bed, and two single beds gives flexibility for both families and business guests. The apartment has access to a private balcony fitted with garden furniture, overlooking the interesting architecture of the estate. The furnishing includes a desk with chair in one of the bedrooms, which can transform the apartment into home office. Other amenities include full bathroom and kitchen facilities (a washing machine, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop) and multimedia: SmartTV and free access to a Wi-Fi network. For an easy beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided. Guests travelling by car can park on a private parking spot in the underground garage.

The apartment located in a modern gated estate “Stacja Wola” on Gumińska Street in the Wola district. Thanks to its dynamic development, Wola has become the business heart of Warsaw with numerous office buildings, retail and food outlets. The location of the apartment provides excellent access to other districts of Warsaw. In the immediate vicinity you can find: Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station (7 minutes), Moczydło Park (5 minutes), Wola Park (14 minutes), Zbawiciela Square (15 minutes). The close vicinity of commercial and service premises allows you to meet all everyday needs. The location is an excellent starting point for visiting Warsaw's museums and monuments, as well as for getting to know this bustling city in full. By using public transport, you can reach Śródmieście in 25 minutes, and the Old Town - in 30 minutes. The car drive to the Chopin Airport takes about 20 minutes.
