Elegant apartments with balcony in the modern "Essence" development. The apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 people. They consist of a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom (1 bedroom apartment) and a bathroom with shower or bath (studio apartment) and a toilet. The living area has access to a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after an eventful day. The comfort of your stay is ensured by the necessary high quality appliances. Guests can make use of a fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine and a TV in the living room, as well as free Wi-Fi. Complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided to ensure a successful stay. The apartments are tasteful, spacious and decorated in a beautiful modern style. The property has one allocated parking space in the underground car park (2m high).

These unique apartment are located in a modern building in a closed, monitored area at 104 Garbary Street in the very center of Poznań. Despite the busy street where the building is located, the apartment is quiet and free from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the other hand, all major tourist attractions are at your fingertips here! Poznan's Old Market Square is just a 10-minute leisurely stroll from the property, where there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes clubs and a museum. The location of the property great for afternoon, evening social outings or recreation. Citadel Park is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. There are huge green areas perfect for jogging, walking and cycling. There is also a playground for children. In the vicinity of the property - the Old Port, which looks spectacular in the evenings. Next to the building itself, on Garbary Street, there are public transport stops, which provide a convenient connection with the Poznań Trade Fair Center on Rossevelta Street (10 minutes by bus). Near the building many grocery stores (Żabka - 85 ) and more.
