In the immediate neighborhood there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Moreover, the area is known for numerous recreational green areas, such as Pole Mokotowskie (900 m), where guests can have a picnic, admire nature, or sit by the water. It also provides an excellent opportunity for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. The location has great access to other districts of Warsaw thanks to a well-developed network of public transport. There is a bus stop Batorego 160 m from the studio and also the train station Warszawa Główna (2.5 km). Both the city center and the Old Town can be reached very quickly thanks to multiple public transport options. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the Chopin Airport.
