We are a small family business that offers you our beloved summer house for your stay. We offer complex service, remote check in, sheets and towel, for additional fee cleaning services after each guest visit.

Property info

We are introducing newly renovated apartment (2022) in a boho coastal style: 3 bedrooms, a living room with joint kitchen and dinning area, a bathroom and a toilet. Parking is possible on the internal parking accommodated for citizens of the building. In our summer apartment we offer 2 comfy bedrooms with hotel style beds, one single-room bedroom. Sofa bed in a living room has a sleeping functionality for additional 2 people. We offer two desk spots for those who wish work or study remotely during the stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and a wine cooler. In a bathroom you can find comfortable shower and a washer-dryer. There is also a technical wardrobe for cleaning appliances if needed. Apartment contains baby's food chair. On demand we can provide you with kids' touristic bed. You can also find windbreak at your service for better beach experience. Apartment has an air conditioning unit, wifi and 65' screen tv. We are located on the 4th floor of the building, no elevator, but amazing view on a sea from each of the rooms.

Apartment is located by the Hallera street - a heart of Władysławowo town. Closest sandy beach entrance is 400 m away. To our fav beaches in Chałupy - 1,2 km. Additionally you can find all facilities in a radius of couple of hundreds meters: Railway and Bus Stations (300 m), Grocery Biedronka (300m), Sowinski Lunapark (200m), closest pharmacy and health…. In a Fishman House (Dom Rybaka) - 100m, to the Amfiteatr you can walk in 3 minutes and town park - in 10 minutes.
