We are a family company that has been renting apartments for several years. Warsaw Premium Apartments is our newest facility and offers the highest standard of accommodation. It will be a pleasure to welcome you. By making a reservation at our facilities, you accept our terms and conditions below: 1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the apartment or on the staircase. In case of breaking this rule, guests will be charged the cost of smoke removal fine of PLN 500. The apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. 2. QUIET HOURS between 10 PM and 8 AM. The building is inhabited and we kindly ask you to respect our neighbors. 3. It is forbidden to organize any kind of parties including hen parties, stag parties, etc. 4. Please take care of the equipment and appliances in the apartments. Any repair costs will be covered by the guests. We are at your disposal both before and during your stay. Please contact us if you need anything.
