Property information

Through an electric gate you enter the estate where you can easily park 3 to 4 cars. The estate is enclosed by a wall and fence. A path takes you to the front door, after which you enter the large hall. The patio doors give access to the living room. From here the 3 glass fronts give you a direct view of the swimming pool, the garden and the orchard where the villa is located. There is also a large TV with satellite reception in the living room. For the cooler winter evenings, the modern built-in fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere and also a nice warmth. Through an arch you enter the dining room, a round room of 5 m in diameter and 5.5 m high, you experience the feeling of a castle tower. You then enter the fully equipped kitchen. Then you go through a door and you enter the utility room, where there is a washing machine, dryer, large fridge and freezer. Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 1 also has a large bath, upstairs you have 1 en suite bedroom and a bedroom with kitchenet and living room.

Neighbourhood information

This beautiful 5 bedroom villa has 4 bathrooms and a large private pool and is situated in a green valley, in the countryside of Alte, overlooking an orange grove. In the countryside in Alte, this villa is perfect for having the holiday of a lifetime with a group of friends or family. The house has central heating, fireplace, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a large swimming pool of 15 by 5 metres. Area This very spacious villa with 320 m² living space is located on a plot of 5,000 m². Located on an orchard and on rustic land, you will experience the ultimate outdoor feeling. The garden is full of flowery mature shrubs. Dozens of bird species live in and around the garden and come to drink by the pool. It is a very special place. You can enjoy cycling and walking here. You walk directly from the front and backyard onto the hiking trails. The routes are well marked, from a short detour of 3, 5 or 7 kilometers to full-day walks, everything is possible. Although you are only 25 minutes away from the beach of Albufeira, you live here in the great outdoors. The villages of Alte and Paderne are only a 7 minute drive away. You will find restaurants and supermarkets here.
