És una ciutat preciosa que sorprèn. La gent és molt amable i càlida sempre disposada a ajudar. El centre, la ribera, el riu els seus ponts, tot és de postal. A qualsevol lloc es menja bé i a preus molt raonables. Alguns llocs, però, estan sobrevalorats, com ara la llibreria Lello, on han fet un negoci increïble del local. Cues gegantines, cap control de l'aforament, tot i haver pagat per entrar. Es nota que la ciutat està de moda, vagis on vagis està ple de turistes.
