In the neighborhood you'll find supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacies and restaurants. The apartment is bright and modern. Just refurbished, with 2 bed-rooms, living room, dinning room, full equiped Kitchen and 1 bathroom. The kitchen it’s equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and other small appliances. In the living room there's a table with several chairs. It’s a very welcoming and family-style room. The bedrooms are well furnished with two single beds each and both have wardrobe for your clothes. Bus stops 5 minutes away. Crib and baby chair can be requested.

I am Portuguese and I have 54 years. I am a native of Lisbon, where I live. I love my city I'm proud of it. I like to provide visitors with the holiday home in my apartments. I intend to offer a quality space, comfortable, well decorated and thoroughly cleaned. I have a degree in law - a lawyer - and work in my own office. My preferred area is the Tourism Law. Graça is one of the oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods of Lisbon. Built on land where by the time of the nationality constitution was a huge olive grove, it grew after the 1755 earthquake and has from simple homes and lovely courtyards to imposing palaces. Graça goes on to be a region of workers' villages such as "Vila Estrela d'Ouro" or "Vila Berta". With a curious mixture of cosmopolitanism and rurality, the area is known and sought after for its viewpoints, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city. You can also find traditional and handicraft shops as well as nice restaurants and bakeries. Coming by car, you can park in the several car parks nearby. The apartment has a good transport network nearby: tram (28 or 12), buses (712 or 734), metro (Martim Moniz or Santa Apolónia Stations are about 10 minutes away) and trains from Santa Apolónia Station. By car, the house is just 15 minutes away from the airport. Boats to the South Bank are about 15 minutes away from Terreiro do Paço or Cais do Sodré stations.
