Excellent apartment with a great location in the heart of Lisbon and a great view over the river Tagus. Spacious apartment, full of history and glamor and very comfortable. The apartment is located between Praça do Comércio and Cais do Sodré, a historic district with a great cultural and historical tradition, always symbol of a cosmopolitan Lisbon that dates back to the time of the Discoveries. Overlooking the Tagus and Ribeira das Naus, recently inaugurated, is an apartment with 204 m2 full of history, where the famous poet Fernando Pessoa worked in the 30's as an office clerk at the Portuguese Society of Explosives. It maintains the original trait, where stands the wall tiles and structural beams of iron, simplicity, charisma and personality. It is prepared to receive 7 people with all comfort and convenience. The spaces are large, with few objects, but with some pieces of design that give it contemporaneity and charm. All rooms have large windows and the whole house has plenty of light what in Lisbon, city known for its unique light, is a priceless privilege.

The apartment is in the center of Lisbon. You can easily walk to the most typical Lisbon neighborhoods. Chiado, Bairro Alto, Baixa Pombalina, Field of Onions, Cais do Sodré, square of commerce. Each time is a neighborhood with lots of life, bars and restaurants. It has incredible accessibility in transport. Located next to the metro (Cais do Sodré station), Elétrico (15 to Belém and 28 to the Castle of São Jorge) and train to the line of cascais. It is also close to being able to enjoy the boat and go to the South shore. And a place with great movement in particular at the weekends, and there may be some noise, particularly at the weekend. It is not by chance that it is a central area.
