LOCAL ACCOMMODATION The name “O Estremoceiro” was born from the legend that says that the first inhabitants of Estremoz lived in the place where there were fields planted with lupins, so we joined Estremoz with lupine and the name Estremoceiro was born. It is a family business in the area of Local Accommodation with a 2 bedroom apartment located within the walls of the Castle of Estremoz in a century-old house that has been fully restored, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace in the 1st Floor apartment.

The company is very new and just manages this apartment in a family concept. In other words, personalized and homemade welcome. It is located within the walls of the Medieval Castle of Estremoz in a quiet area with spectacular views over the plain and Serra D’Ossa close to the Museum, Art Gallery, Churches and the Pousada Rainha Santa Isabel.

The city center is less than 750m away where you can enjoy good Alentejo cuisine and wines through a wide range of typical restaurants, as well as historical and cultural monuments, our famous Traditional Market and Antiques and Old Town Fair every Saturday.
