House in a large 6.500sqm garden, close to the town and the sea, today almost unique in Carvoeiro. Pool in the garden and not directly at the house. Natural garden, but well-kept, numerous exotic trees such as approx. 20 palms, eykalyptus, carob, lemons, mandarins, jakaranda, medronho, frangipani, many agaves, approx. 100 yuccas. House 3 double rooms with 6 beds and air conditioning. 7th and 8th person for a small, seasonal surcharge in our own studio with 2 beds, air conditioning, TV and shower / toilet in the ground floor basement. Electricity due to very individual consumption such as air conditioning and pool heating at the expense of the tenant, own contribution from the landlord for basic supply 25 euros per week. Heating the fireplace only with dry wood available, 15 euros per normally loaded wheelbarrow.
The house belongs to the family since 1973 and to the present owner, daughter of the buyer, since 1993. It has been constantly refurbished since. It is successfully let to clients for over 30 years. The present owner is a retired teacher, her husband a retired lawyer and director of a large German industrial company. They are spending at least 3 month every year in the villa themselves, thus the house is fully equipped and decorated very personally and well taken care of.
Nearby various beaches, golf courses, tennis courts. Unique cliff walks, excursions by boat into the rock caves of Benagil and Carvoeiro, numerous restaurants, including beach restaurants. Excursions to the Monchique Mountains
